Each day my heart becomes more and more burdened for Christians who aren't Christians. I know it would be a smart idea to go out into the world and speak my heart verbally, but I wanted to do something alongside that via the internet. Am I only one of the few Christians out there concerned for the salvation of other 'Christians'? A better term would probably be "luke-warm" Christians; no matter what "type" of Christian you are, we should all really contemplate these two verses:
2 Corinthians 13:5 - "Test yourselves to see if you are in the faith; examine yourselves! Or do you not recognize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you - unless indeed you fail the test?"
Matthew 6:24 - "No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and wealth."
I want this blog to primarily serve as a discussion board for "luke-warmism" and the fact that troubled or immature Christians are the ones keeping many hearts from wanting Jesus. Answering questions, doing research, and giving guidance is something I am totally up for and feel blessed to do. The world needs to know that genuine, heart-felt Born-Agains exist, and the world needs to know that these Christians are helping the other 'Christians' who sometimes tend to push non-believers away.
